Behind Sami Verde is a dedicated and close-knit team with extensive experience in real estate development. From the Netherlands and Curaçao, we work daily on creating high-quality residential concepts, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and the living environment.

This includes, among others, a renowned local notary office, an administrative firm, legal advisor, tax advisor, construction management consultant, compliance agency, mortgage advisor, a local bank and local real estate agents.
In this way, we ensure a professional, transparent and well-organised process for our buyers.
Long-term vision
Rebirth Development and architect Cees den Heijer share a joint vision on sustainable area development on Curaçao. From this collaboration, we are also successfully active with the project Baia Vista Residence.
In addition, both jointly and individually, we are involved in multiple developments and positions on the island.
