Sami Verde is a secure, boutique green resort featuring 40 modern detached and semi-detached villas on a site of 3.6 hectares.
Surrounded by agricultural land and centuries-old trees, with views over the saliña. The resort is gated to ensure privacy and security, allowing you to enjoy your surroundings with complete peace of mind.
A strong connection to nature lies at the heart of the design. Homes and gardens flow seamlessly into one another, while the villas offer abundant natural light and high-quality materials.
The site features natural elevation differences, making each plot unique in terms of views and experience. Roads are constructed using materials and a design language that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Rather than a fully levelled development, the landscape is respected and preserved in its original form.

Acquisition of the project site by Terra Sami
In October 2025, Terra Sami acquired the project site in Sint Michiel. On this 36,000 m² site, 40 homes will be developed in the coming years.
Launch of Sami Verde
In January 2026, the project “Sami Verde” was launched. The name refers to the location of the site in Boka Sami and the green, natural surroundings that form the core of the concept.
Start of sales – Phase 1
Sales for Phase 1 are scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026. This phase comprises 6 semi-detached and 4 detached villas.
Start of construction – Phase 1
Subject to sales progress, construction is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026, with an estimated construction period of approximately one year.
