The purchase process of a home at Sami Verde is clear and well-structured. In the steps below, we guide you from initial introduction to final delivery — transparent, well-organised and with room for personal guidance. This way, you know exactly what to expect at every stage of the process.

Orientation

Introduction & site visit

Get to know Sami Verde without obligation. We provide a personal tour of the site, present the available plots and explain the different home types. This gives you a clear understanding of the resort and its surroundings. If you are unable to attend in person, we are happy to arrange a video viewing or guide a contact person on your behalf.

Selection

Choose your home & plot

Based on your preferences, you select a home type and corresponding plot. We guide you through this process and advise on location, views, layout and any optional features.

Reservation

Option & reservation

After your selection, the home is placed under a non-binding option for an agreed period. This gives you time to finalise your decision and, if desired, arrange financing. We can connect you with parties experienced in financing property on Curaçao.

Documentation

Purchase documentation

You will receive the full purchase and construction agreement, including technical specifications, drawings and site plans. We are happy to review these with you step by step if desired.

Compliance

Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with regulations, you will complete a short identification and verification procedure. This process is fully digital and can be completed remotely.

Agreement

Signing

Once agreed, the purchase and construction agreement are signed and the initial down payment is made.

Notary

File transfer & ownership transfer

The file is transferred to the project notary, who handles the full legal process and verification. The transfer of ownership takes place at the notary, after which you officially become the owner of the plot. This process can be completed entirely remotely via power of attorney.

Realisation

Construction & payment instalments

Construction commences as planned. Payments are made in instalments, linked to construction progress and verified by an independent party.

Delivery

Handover of keys

Upon completion, the home is delivered. Together, we inspect the property and you receive the keys to your new (second) home under the sun.

Operation

Rental & management

After completion, you may choose to (partially) rent out your property. We may offer our own rental service, including professional management and maintenance, ensuring a fully hands-off experience. Of course, you are free to arrange this at your own discretion.
