\n\u2013 Legal basis: Tax retention obligation in accordance with the General Tax Act and the Civil Code<\/p>\n

**b) Enquiries via the contact form**
\n\u2013 Retention period: 2 years after the last contact
\n\u2013 Purpose: Historical overview of communications and any follow-up<\/p>\n

**c) Newsletter subscribers**
\n\u2013 Retention period: Until deregistration
\n\u2013 Once you have unsubscribed, your data will be deleted within 30 days<\/p>\n
